The clients needed Listed Building permission for their conversion of the interior, as the property is part of a Victorian “planned terrace” and Listed Grade 2. It had been a chemist’s shop, and is now a picture framing shop and workshop, with living accommodation above. Listed Building Permission was granted in July 2019.
